1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Offered

DG TECH INDIA provides a range of digital services, including but not limited to:

• Web Development and Design.
• Fintech Solutions and Software.
• Digital Marketing and SEO.
• Digital Identity Solutions (e.g., DVCard services).

Specific details, timelines, and deliverables for each service will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Scope of Work document.

3. User Obligations

As a client or user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery.
• Ensure timely feedback and approval necessary to maintain project timelines.
• Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.
• Secure your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract:

• The intellectual property rights of all pre-existing tools, methodologies, and source code used by DG TECH INDIA to create the deliverable remain with DG TECH INDIA.
• The client shall own the intellectual property rights to the final deliverables (e.g., website content, specific design elements, marketing materials) upon **full and final payment** of all invoices related to the project.

5. Payments and Billing

Fees for our services are detailed in the individual Service Agreement. You agree to:

• Pay all invoices within the specified due date. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
• Pay for services in advance or based on agreed-upon milestones.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DG TECH INDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that the courts in **Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India**, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
